Job Title: Fire Protection Operations Manager

At Hall & Kay, we are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Fire Detection team, you will be responsible for heading up the service delivery and ensuring that both client SLAs are achieved and the Fire Detection service department is efficiently and in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Hiring and training new employees to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Overseeing the quality of work carried out by engineering staff and sub-contractors to meet LPS requirements.
  • Attending monthly management meetings to contribute to and work with senior managers within the business.
  • Monitoring the performance and compliance of approved sub-contractors and suppliers to maintain approval listings.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience gained in a senior service delivery role within the fire and security industry.
