Senior Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Chace People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients, helping them find the best talent for their organizations.
Your primary focus will be on securing new business, understanding client needs, and providing market insights and salary benchmarks to set expectations. You will also be responsible for creating and managing compelling job ads, attracting a diverse pool of candidates, and maintaining an organized database for quick access to potential candidates.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be expected to process applications promptly, select candidates for further evaluation, conduct thorough vetting, and perform detailed interviews and assessments to determine the best fit. You will also be responsible for enhancing candidate CVs, providing concise profiles to clients, and coordinating interviews between shortlisted candidates and clients smoothly.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about recruitment and has a track record of sales success. You should have native-level command of English, articulate communication, and a strong analytical mindset. You should also be able to work autonomously to an excellent level and be open to coaching and self-improvement.
