About the Role:
Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking an experienced Immigration Case Manager to join our client's team in Birmingham. As an Immigration Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of immigration cases, advising clients on various immigration categories, and liaising with Visa application centers and the Home Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of immigration cases with minimal supervision
- Advise clients on various immigration categories, including work visas, family visas, and student visas
- Keep up-to-date with UK immigration legislation and research current information
- Liaise with Visa application centers and the Home Office on behalf of clients
- Assess clients' immigration claims and provide advice accordingly
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Immigration Case Manager or in a similar role
- Understanding of immigration law and regulations
- Relevant qualifications, such as an LLB or LPC with electives in Immigration
- Experience using a case management system
