Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our team. As a Paraplanner, you will play a critical role in developing financial solutions that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with our Financial Planning Team to prepare recommendations and produce suitability reports, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible advice.
Key Responsibilities- Develop financial solutions that meet the needs of our clients, working in collaboration with the Financial Planning Team.
- Prepare recommendations and produce suitability reports, ensuring compliance with consumer duty principles and company policies.
- Maintain accurate client records, gather data, and prepare application forms for submission.
- Provide technical support to clients, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and FCA-compliant manner.
- Contribute to the development of the company's services, promoting our expertise and reputation in the industry.
- 4-5 years of experience in Paraplanning, with a strong understanding of financial services and regulations.
- Level 4+ Financial Services qualifications, with a preference for RO exams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Competitive salary range of £45,000 to £50,000, depending on experience.
- 25 days of annual leave, plus Bank Holidays.

- Flexible working hours, with the option to work part-time (20, 25, or 30 hours per week).
