Do you possess strong practical skills in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenance?
We are seeking a personable and capable Maintenance Specialist to become part of our team in the care home.
In this position, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, which include basic plumbing and decorative work. You will also ensure that security measures are upheld and that scheduled inspections are carried out throughout the facility. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform minor repairs and general upkeep, including but not limited to basic plumbing and decorating, and should be comfortable working independently. A solid standard of record-keeping is preferred.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced disclosure process. The cost of this disclosure will be the responsibility of the applicant. The employer has invoked an exception under the Equality Act 2010.
