Fruition IT is partnering with a leading technology-driven business to build a high-performing software platform. This client is seeking a team of skilled Software Engineers to work on a bespoke software solution as part of their growth strategy.

The Senior Backend Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing a cutting-edge SaaS product, leveraging Terraform for infrastructure as code and Node JS as the backend framework, deployed on an AWS platform.

  • Translate business requirements into a scalable software solution.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to deliver software projects.
  • Implement continuous integration to enhance deployment efficiency.
  • Develop high-performance backend software in Java for a high-traffic environment.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
  • Work in an AWS environment, utilizing cloud-based technologies.

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in JavaScript development.
  • Understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and React on the frontend.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, but Azure or GCP is also acceptable.
  • Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MySQL.
