About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Apprentice Construction Plant Engineer to join our team at MKL. As a key member of our workshop environment, you will work closely with our experienced engineers to gain hands-on practical experience with technologically advanced equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside our close-knit team in a dynamic workshop environment.
  • Gain extensive experience with a range of heavy plant equipment, including installations and maintenance.
  • Develop your skills in back-office support and learn the importance of this role.
  • Assist with the installation of MDiG equipment and develop your knowledge of heavy machinery.
Requirements
  • GCSE grade 4 (C) or above in Mathematics, English, and Science.
  • Competitive salary and financial incentives per year completed.

  • Up to 27 days holiday linked to service, plus Christmas shut down.
