Job Summary

We're seeking a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join our team at one of our premium country pubs. As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for running a section of the kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of chefs to deliver top-quality dishes and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, stock control, and ordering.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
