Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Radiographer to take on a Clinical Excellence role within our Breast Imaging department. As a qualified Mammographer, you will be part of a team that delivers excellent care and supports each other in achieving our goals.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking mammography and mammo-based procedures, as well as taking on leadership roles to standardize procedures, create efficiencies, and promote best practice. You will also have opportunities to train in Advanced Practice, such as Imaging Interpretation and Interventional Procedures.

Requirements
  • Significant postgraduate experience in Radiography
  • Substantial previous experience of Mammography and other techniques
  • Experience of clinical audit, research, and quality assurance
  • Current and up-to-date Registration with the HCPC
  • Additional specialist training equivalent to Master's level plus practical experience
