Sales and Management Graduate Scheme Professional

We are seeking ambitious Graduates to join our Sales and Management Graduate Scheme, a comprehensive program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the industry.
Program Overview
The Sales and Management Graduate Scheme is a 24-month program that offers a unique blend of training, development, and hands-on experience. You will have the opportunity to work in various roles, including sales support, customer relations, and telesales, while also completing our Intro to Sales Development Programme and Leadership Development Programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Shadow operational and sales staff to gain a deep understanding of our business and customers
- Participate in sales support roles, including indoor sales, customer relations, and telesales
- Complete our Intro to Sales Development Programme and Leadership Development Programme
- Contribute to local projects and take on additional responsibilities as you progress in the program
Requirements
- A minimum of a 2:2 BSc/BA degree in any subject (Business-related disciplines preferred)
- A full UK driving license or willingness to obtain one
- Hardworking and ambitious with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in the field and providing excellent customer service
