Job Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Solicitor to bring on board and contribute to our team's success. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling commercial properties, ensuring that all legal aspects are thoroughly managed to protect clients' interests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in acquiring and disposing of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Advise on property development projects, including land acquisition, planning, construction contracts, and project finance.
  • Provide legal support in securing finance for property transactions, working closely with banks, lenders, and financial institutions.
  • Help clients manage their property portfolios, offering services related to property maintenance, tenant management, and dispute resolution.
  • Advise investors on the purchase, management, and sale of investment properties, ensuring that transactions are structured to maximize returns and minimize risks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of commercial property law and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results. You will also need to be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
