Hunter AHP Resourcing is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team in an NHS Hospital in Sussex.
This is an ongoing contract with flexible hours, offering 3/4/5 days per week. No prior hospital experience is required, as the trust provides comprehensive NHS training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare prescription items with accuracy and efficiency
- Verify prescriptions for legality and accuracy
- Order new stock using computerized systems
- Provide expert advice to customers on medicines and refer complex queries to the pharmacist
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
- GPhC Registration is mandatory for this role
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and days
Benefits:
- Ongoing contract with 2 week notice period
- Competitive hourly rate of £15-£20 depending on experience
