Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and lapsed customers to increase sales revenue and grow customer accounts.
  • Build an Effective Call Cycle: Create and maintain a regular call cycle to ensure consistent contact with customers and identify opportunities to sell additional products and services.
  • Identify Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities with customers to sell additional products and services, and provide technical product specification, availability, and pricing information.
  • Provide Sales Support: Build sales quotes for customers, including follow-up and close, and provide reports on sales activities and achievements.
  • Manage Sales Pipeline and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting data using relevant software.
  • Ensure CRM Database Accuracy: Ensure the CRM database is up-to-date and accurate, and deal with any customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in a similar sales, customer relationship development, and/or account management role.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Committed to delivering exceptional customer service levels and building strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including the ability to build relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Technical Skills: Confident IT skills, including MS Office and CRM databases, and experience of building sales pipeline and forecasting using relevant software.
