About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatrician to join our team as an Eating Disorders Consultant Paediatrician at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing care to children and young people across South East Essex and Thurrock.
  • Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team.
  • Work directly with children and young people, and their families, and liaise as appropriate with other external health providers and acute hospitals.
  • Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member while allowing them to work with their own initiative.
  • Work alongside a full-time CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist within the service.
  • Commit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies.
Requirements
  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practice.
  • CCT or equivalent.
  • Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST.
