About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Solicitor to join our team at Wainwright and Cummins. As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for assisting with the annual Lexcel review, supporting Property Lawyers in acting on behalf of residential conveyancing customers, and delivering an excellent legal service to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the annual Lexcel review to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Support Property Lawyers in acting on behalf of residential conveyancing customers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
  3. Act as a point of contact for all communication related to the transaction, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Maintain accurate records within a case management system, ensuring seamless tracking and management of client cases.
  5. Prepare financial statements for customers, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all financial dealings.
  6. Manage the legal processes involved in property transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Handle sales and purchases of residential properties, providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the process.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  1. At least 3 years of PQE experience in Conveyancing.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
  4. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.
