Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our administration function, carrying out tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Main Duties

The Administration Assistant will be involved in all aspects of the administration function, including:

  • Accurately reading code data on SystemOne
  • Identifying relevant clinical information and completing detailed actions
  • Scanning patient-related documentation and attaching it to patient records
  • Typing letters and associated documentation as required
  • Liaising with external agencies to ensure efficient referral processing
  • Processing referrals using the electronic referral system
  • Managing administrative queries and supporting clinical staff with general administrative tasks

About You

We are looking for an individual with experience of working in a GP practice and administrative duties. You should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
