About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Center Parcs. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to menu specifications
  • Learn about stock control, portion control, and food wastage
  • Understand dietary requirements and ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
  • Use specialist kitchen equipment safely and correctly
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment
  • Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and organized

Training and Development

We offer a comprehensive training program for our Kitchen Assistants, which includes online learning and on-the-job training. Our dedicated trainers and managers will provide you with the support and guidance you need to succeed in your role.
