Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the traffic team, including supporting the development and training of traffic clerks.
- Support compliance checks related to health and safety and transport management.
- Address escalated customer issues through timely actions.
- Responsible for on-the-road management of the delivery fleet to maximize delivery performance.
- Support the Operations Manager in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the site.
- Perform basic management administration tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous supervisory experience gained in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
