Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team at Beauty and the Bistro. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Bistro, including the recruitment, training, and development of our restaurant and bar team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant and bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
- Manage the Bistro's inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with our Executive Chef to develop and implement menus, manage food costs, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership, customer service, and sales growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, EPOS systems, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Previous experience in fine dining establishments, with a strong understanding of luxury customer service and high-end food and beverage experiences.
