At Future Work, we're pioneering a new era in digital transformation for the utilities industry. As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in our client engagement within the water utilities sector, working closely with our team to deliver cutting-edge solutions that address the core strategic challenges faced by global utility players.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster stakeholder relationships and support the Product Owner to refine roadmaps, track KPIs, and improve processes.
  • Adapt and find solutions within your team and domain, leveraging your technical expertise and digital understanding.
  • Translate company goals into digital transformation roadmaps, utilizing business process modeling and Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Good experience within an Agile environment, preferably in a consultancy working with the utilities industry or a leading UK utility organisation.
  • Proficiency in business process modeling, technical writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and digital skills (e.g., programming, data science).
  • Business Analysis certifications (BCS, BABOK, Agile PO) are highly desirable.
