Position: Van Driver Assistant

Role Overview:

As a Van Driver Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the driver with various tasks throughout Berkshire and surrounding areas. This position offers a dynamic work environment where each day presents new challenges and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas for each task.
  • Ensure proper disposal of all materials collected during jobs.
  • Assist with garden clearances utilizing hand tools.
  • Engage in general labor activities, including heavy lifting as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service through face-to-face interactions.

Work hours will commence from early morning, with flexibility required based on daily assignments.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates will possess a valid driving license and have experience operating sprinter-sized vans. A willingness to undertake cleaning tasks is essential.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Valid full driving license.
  • Capability to perform heavy lifting when necessary.
  • Able to efficiently load and unload items from the vehicle.
