Carpenter Multi Tradesperson

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Multi Tradesperson to join our team at Randstad. As a Carpenter Multi Tradesperson, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, and patch plastering, among others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake response maintenance repairs in social housing properties
• Perform general response repairs and reactive maintenance
• Conduct daily jobs, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, lock changes, and patch plastering
• Provide excellent customer service
• Work in the SO postcode area

Requirements:

• Time Served/NVQ qualified Carpenter or Tradesman
• Full tool set
• Full driving licence due to a company van being provided
