About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse to join our 12-bed CAMHS service, supporting young people aged 12-18 with eating disorders. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care, mentorship, and support to service users and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and compassionate nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Provide mentorship and support to team members, promoting positive teamwork and a culture of excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, observing and reporting any changes in service user status.
Requirements
- Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
- Strong team-working skills, with a high level of self-motivation and flexibility.
- Positive attitude, with a natural ability to care and compassionately support others.
- Commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice.
