Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain CNC machines and robotic work centers to produce orthopedic parts
- Inspect and quality-check parts to ensure they meet our high standards
- Support quality initiatives and report any quality issues
- Contribute to the improvement of our manufacturing processes and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines
- Good standard of general secondary education, ideally with Maths and English GCSEs or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of reading technical or engineering drawings
- Strong eye for detail and ability to work accurately
- Good dexterity and ability to learn manual manufacturing processes and techniques
- Positive attitude and behavior at all times
