A Typical Day as an Automotive Sales Leader...

  • Coaching and training your sales team to ensure they provide consistently excellent service and meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Upholding exceptional presentation standards within your dealership and across digital platforms
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations for staff
  • Ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of your sales department, carefully managing volume and margin KPIs.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing customers to maximize future sales opportunities.
  • Engaging with our customers with honesty and transparency, enhancing their experience – Professionalism is always your priority.
  • Elevating the Stoneacre brand by delivering a consistently five-star service.

About You...

  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a customer-centric environment
  • You are a natural leader, effectively communicating with your team and demonstrating guidance and direction
  • You are results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • You have robust motivational and coaching skills, focused on bringing out the best in your team.
  • While you may not currently be in the automotive sector, you will have prior sales management experience.
  • A positive, driven, and empathetic demeanor with the ability to perform well under pressure – Your people skills will help you navigate any challenges.

  • A valid UK driving license is required.
