Job Title: Game Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Game Product Manager to join our team at Electronic Arts. As a Game Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of our games, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive revenue growth, player engagement, and user acquisition.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Design teams to analyze game performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and inform development prioritization.
  • Estimate the potential impact of proposed features and game updates on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Run targeted campaigns and testing strategies to drive a more customized player experience and improve KPIs.
  • Evaluate feature performance, synthesize weekly reports to track performance against business goals.
  • Regularly synthesize competitive analysis to share best industry practices with the team.
  • Monitor game health, conduct game health analyses, and triage analysis when issues arise to identify root causes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Product Management, Game Design, Data Science, or Business Performance experience required in a mobile and/or console games context.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product design and decision-making.
  • Sound and proven ability in using and understanding in-game trends using data insights to impact top-line KPIs.
  • Experience presenting decks to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile development environment.
