Governance Senior Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Corporate Governance Lead, where you will play a key role in supporting the CEO, SLT, and Trustees in ensuring the effective governance of our charity.
As a Corporate Governance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the charity's key corporate governance documents, including the Articles of Association and the Board Assurance Framework. You will also be the Policy Manager for the organisation, ensuring that our policies are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.
You will organise and attend board meetings, taking minutes, distributing board papers, and sending out action points. You will also be responsible for all statutory filing.

- Oversee key corporate governance documents, including Articles of Association and Board Assurance Framework
- Manage policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

- Statutory filing
We are looking for an experienced professional who has a strong background in corporate governance and policy management. You will have had experience supporting Board and Chairs in a similar role, and charity experience is highly advantageous.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You will also be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
