Job Description

Job Title: Qualified Spanish Teacher

Job Type: Temporary, 5 days a week

Location: East Birmingham

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Spanish teacher to join our team at Prospero Teaching. As a Spanish teacher, you will be responsible for delivering and planning lessons to GCSE standard for KS3 and KS4 students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and plan lessons to GCSE standard for KS3 and KS4 students
  • Teach Spanish language and culture to students
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve academic goals

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
  • Experience teaching Spanish to KS3 and KS4 students
  • Good communication and behavior management skills
  • Up-to-date safeguarding training
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
  • Two professional child-related references
