Candidate Requirements

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons for KS2, ensuring all students are engaged and making progress.
• Leading the development and implementation of the PSHE curriculum, ensuring it is comprehensive, inclusive, and aligned with the school's values and goals.
• Collaborating with colleagues to integrate creative and innovative teaching methods across the curriculum.
• Monitoring and assessing students' progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
• Participating actively in the school's mission to improve, contributing to staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
• Working closely with the leadership team to align PSHE initiatives with the overall school improvement plan.
