About the Role

B. Braun Medical Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Orthopaedics and Spine team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in protecting and improving the lives of patients.

This exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal restructure, and we are looking for someone to work closely with surgeons and nurses, demonstrating and educating them on our products both in and out of surgery.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and Maintaining Strong Relationships with clients, including surgeons and nurses, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Developing an Excellent Understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications, to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Acquiring an Informed Knowledge of the market, including the latest trends, technologies, and best practices, to stay ahead of the competition and provide innovative solutions to customers.
  • Providing Technical Expertise in line with customer needs, including training and education on our products and services.
  • Covering Surgical Cases as required, to provide support and assistance to surgeons and nurses during procedures.
  • Promoting the Use of our full portfolio of products and services, to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintaining Customer Records and ensuring all required administration is completed, to provide excellent customer service and support.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Education or Background in science or healthcare, to provide a strong foundation for your work with our products and services.
  • A Proactive Approach to learning, to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the market.
  • Natural Flair for Communication and presentations, to effectively communicate with customers and provide expert advice and guidance.
  • The Ability to Work Autonomously, to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • A Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel, to visit customers and attend training events.
