The Warehouse Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering administrative assistance to the logistics team, ensuring effective and precise record management, stock oversight, and communication with both internal and external partners.

This position is initially temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on individual performance and organizational requirements.


Position Details:
  • Full-time role
  • Working Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional weekend shifts may be required based on operational needs

The role involves working in a warehouse setting with some administrative tasks in an office environment.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of £11, along with opportunities for permanent placement based on performance.

Additionally, there are training and development opportunities available.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain precise records of all warehouse operations, including receipts, shipments, and inventory levels.

Inventory Oversight:
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, transportation firms, and clients to manage deliveries and pickups.

Data Management and Reporting:
  • Accurately input and update data in the warehouse management system.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems and data entry is beneficial.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.


Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
