We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Waiter to join our team at Turtle Bay Restaurants. As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the floor team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the floor team to achieve high standards of customer service and food quality
  • Develop and implement effective service strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain a high level of knowledge of our menu, drinks, and promotions
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience, from arrival to departure
  • Monitor and control the flow of service, ensuring that all tables are served efficiently and effectively
  • Manage and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives and targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • High level of knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve high standards
