  • Preparation for varying levels of demand.

Mentoring and coaching your team will be a daily responsibility, as you strive to empower them to become exceptional managers.

The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team is vital to our operational pace. Joining ATS means becoming part of a diverse group that plays a central role in our achievements. Utilizing air, sea, and road transport, along with state-of-the-art sortation centers, you will help optimize Amazon's transportation efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
- A degree
- Relevant experience in people and stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and intermediate proficiency in the local language
- Experience in utilizing data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions
- Relevant experience in key areas of production and supply chains

Preferred Qualifications
While preferred qualifications are not mandatory for application, candidates with the following will be considered favorably:
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Background in a similar logistical environment
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional context
