We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team at The Forward Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and develop treatment plans for individuals presenting with common mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
- Deliver low-level psychological interventions, including individual face-to-face sessions and group therapy.
- Contribute to team performance and delivery of a responsive, high-quality service in line with IAPT requirements.
- Participate in case management and line management supervision, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues, other agencies, and stakeholders within the prison and wider community.
- Maintain effective case load management, prioritizing clients and ensuring timely interventions.
- Assess and respond to risk within prison and Forward Trust policy.
- Ensure case notes are completed to the required standards.
- A Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) qualification and experience of the Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) model.
- Experience of undertaking CBT assessments and delivering CBT and low-intensity interventions.
- Working with people with mental health difficulties and individuals in primary care.
