We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in scaffolding to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing contracts within the scaffolding industry and have experience working with accredited companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage scaffolding contracts from inception to completion.

• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the scaffolding industry.

• Previous experience working with accredited companies.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
