Role: Control Systems Engineer

As a Control Systems Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, you will play a crucial role in the development of software supporting deliverable documents such as software design specification and functional design specification. You will test the software, support service calls and device configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help programming PLCs and use SCADA systems for process automation and control.
  • Support customer signoffs on documents and maintain backups.
  • Help writing PLC Functional Design Specification.
  • Support software design specification, FAT/SAT Docs, HMI Graphics Design, and programming and commissioning.
  • Support testing in simulation environment Siemens PLC/HMI/SCADA.
  • Get involved in Process Logic Client FAT in Simulation Environment.
  • Coordinate with several stakeholders related to project activities.
Requirements:
  • A degree in engineering, industrial automation control systems or related fields.
  • Understanding of automation components PLC/HMI/SCADA including system design, development, programming, testing, simulation, commissioning.
  • Understanding of PLC programming and SCADA operation.
  • Understanding of the industry processes, such as water and wastewater treatment.
