Mortgage Advisor Job Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the in-branch Estate Agency team to maximise business opportunities and leads.
  • Utilise the company's book of customers to proactively contact and provide mortgage and protection advice.
  • Benefit from bespoke digital marketing materials to post online, which has proven to generate business.
  • Receive dedicated training and coaching to support your ongoing development and progression.

Requirements:
  • Be comfortable communicating with clients through various channels, including email, phone, face-to-face, and video.
  • Hold CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
  • Have experience in providing mortgage and protection advice.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 depending on experience.
  • Uncapped commission scheme with OTE of £40,000 - £60,000+.
  • Guaranteed monthly payments for up to 6 months while building your pipeline.
