Job Description:
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our client's team in Liverpool City Centre. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for evaluating new credit requests, conducting client credit checks, and managing and collecting debts from company debtors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating new credit requests and conducting client credit checks
- Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
- Setting up the terms of credit for new clients
- Negotiating payment plans
- Managing the collection of all payments and debts
- Responding to client inquiries
- Processing invoices
- Working with large budgets
- Managing the sales ledger
- Liaising with customers and the sales team
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a credit controller in a previous role
- Experience working with different systems and good excel experience
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days in the office per week
