As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Manager and be entrusted with various maintenance and gardening responsibilities to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both residents and staff.
Your role will encompass:
- Conducting routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
- Performing necessary repairs and overseeing external contractors.
- Exhibiting practical skills in maintenance, gardening, and decorative painting.
