Job Summary

Shaw Healthcare is seeking a Support Worker to join our team at The Martlets. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing physical and emotional support to our service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with daily living tasks, such as washing and dressing
  • Support service users in promoting their independence and autonomy

Requirements

  • No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided
  • Ability to work flexibly, including bank shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and caring approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
