Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education and Experience: University degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field, plus five years of directly related experience.
- Lean Sigma and Leadership Skills: Lean Sigma Green Belt or Lean Leadership Training, Gage R&R experience, or equivalent preferred.
- Communication and Collaboration: Demonstrates the ability to make the complex simple, present information in a concise and relevant manner, and collaborate with diverse teams to drive business growth and financial results.
- Cultural Awareness and Language Skills: Demonstrates awareness of the challenges of working in diverse cultural environments and proficiency in local language and basic English.
