Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar and Waiting Team Member to join our team at Plough. As a Bar and Waiting Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, serving drinks and food, and maintaining the high standards of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding guest service at all times, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our customers.
  • Serve drinks and food in a friendly and efficient manner, meeting the high standards of our business.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the bar and floor areas, ensuring they are ready for service or the next trading session.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all areas, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
