About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Practice Educator Facilitator to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. As a Practice Educator Facilitator, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for nursing staff in line with National Frameworks and Standards, Trust Strategy, and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver educational programs for nursing staff to improve knowledge, skills, and confidence in caring for patients with life-limiting conditions.
  • Work across UHBW adult services to improve the quality of care and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care pathways and guidelines.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to inform educational programs and improve care quality.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
