About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Medical Staffing Coordinator to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Urgent and Emergency Care Collaborative, you will play a crucial role in coordinating medical staffing across our acute hospital sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination of medical staffing and associated rotas for the Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams
  • Coordinate short notice cover and rota gaps, ensuring safe staffing compliance
  • Monitor and process annual leave and sick leave, and coordinate sickness processing
  • Prepare management reports as required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent administrative, customer service, database, and Excel skills, as well as the ability to pay particular attention to detail. You will also need to be flexible and able to travel between sites.
