Join Our Team as a Graduate Cover Supervisor

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident graduates to support in a variety of schools across Crewe, Nantwich, Sandbach & Alsager.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to develop their experience within the education sector. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for taking the lead in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-planned lessons, and managing the behaviour within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take the lead in the absence of the teacher
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons
  • Manage the behaviour within the classroom
  • Manage handover back to the teacher
Requirements

We are looking for graduates with a minimum of 2 months experience in any of the following:

  • Sports coaching
  • Youth work
  • Drama / Art Workshop
  • Teaching children or leading children's clubs in community groups
  • Summer Camps
  • Scouts/Guides/Brownies/Cubs
  • Outdoor activities instructor / Duke of Edinburgh
