Position Overview:
Frontline Recruitment Group is looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to become a vital part of our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes and maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and oversee production machinery in accordance with established standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure products meet both internal and external quality standards.
- Safely manage and monitor production equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform manual handling tasks, including stacking products, packing items into boxes, and organizing pallets, as well as engaging in manual dairy operations and utilizing pallet trucks.
- Assist in organizing production line work areas and setting up machinery, as training allows, to enhance production efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards.
- Utilize business systems, such as NAV and QIS, to accurately track and record the movement of various stock types, including finished goods, semi-finished products, packaging materials, and ingredients.
- Employ safe working practices and relevant documentation for tasks, including loading and unloading vehicles using electric pallet movers or forklifts.

Training and Qualifications:
- Basic Functional Maths - Level 2
- Functional English Skills (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) - Level 2
- Manual Handling Certification
- Food Hygiene Certification - Level 2
- Basic Computer Proficiency
- Forklift Certification (as applicable to the role)

Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing setting is preferred.
- A flexible approach to work and a commitment to respecting diversity.

- An innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt and minimize waste, guided by data and experience.
