New Home Sales Executive

Join our esteemed client, a highly reputable established developer with a large portfolio of residential sites, in their New Homes division as a key player supporting the sales progression of an impressive site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the general presentation of the site and the sales complex is maintained to a high standard.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information to purchasers, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Liaise with purchasers, solicitors, and financial advisors to facilitate smooth sales progression.
- Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager and colleagues to achieve increased sales.
Person Specifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Property sales experience.
- Proven track record of selling NEW homes.
- Strong understanding of sales progression and customer service.
- Highly motivated and results-driven individual with exceptional customer service skills.
