About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the physical and mental needs of our residents
- Provide clinical guidance and support to care home staff to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the quality of care is maintained
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring or supervision qualification. You will also need to have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks.
