Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to customers by warmly greeting them, accurately taking orders, and promptly serving food and beverages.
  • Manage cash transactions with precision, ensuring the security of cash and processing payments through our point-of-sale system.
  • Assist in basic food preparation, including the creation of sandwiches, salads, and pastries, while maintaining proper food presentation and temperature.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including wiping tables, cleaning surfaces, and keeping the dining space inviting for guests.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, restocking as necessary and alerting management to low stock situations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers, including proper food handling practices.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak times.

Qualifications:
