Our client, a pioneering customer data and insights firm, is seeking a seasoned Principal Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the consulting practice, you will work closely with the CEO and report to the Head of Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead pitches and proposals to secure major blue-chip clients, working closely with CMO and CCO stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical and data staff to deliver customer insights and strategic growth opportunities for clients.
  • Help define and deliver clients' customer experience, retention, and growth strategies.
  • Develop and measure the commercial impact of the platform and strategic programs.
  • Support the Client Partner and key stakeholders to drive significant commercial value from the platform and its data.

Requirements:

  • Several years' experience as a management consultant in a highly regarded consulting firm, currently operating at Manager level or above.
  • First-party 'big' data analytics experience and technology savvy.
  • Strong experience working with large-scale customer data in B2C sectors, ideally retail, retail banking, travel, or health.
  • Strong academic profile, including a good degree.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £85,000-£120,000 plus benefits, including potential equity and bonus.
  • Flexible working arrangement: 2-3 days per week at our Central London office.
